1. Ліцензія на застосунок
OSearcher («Застосунок») — ліцензований застосунок для macOS, що розповсюджується
через Mac App Store. Якщо окремо не погоджено інше, використання Застосунку
регулюється стандартною ліцензійною угодою Apple для ліцензованих застосунків
(Licensed Application End User License Agreement):
Нижче — додаткові умови, специфічні для OSearcher. У разі суперечності з
обов’язковими правилами Apple щодо App Store переважають правила Apple.
2. Призначення
OSearcher надає каталог грантових і суміжних можливостей для громадського
сектору, оцінку відповідності, інструменти пайплайну та (за entitlement)
on-device AI-чат і бриф. Це допоміжний інструмент пошуку й підготовки, а не
юридична, фінансова чи грантова консультація.
3. Дані каталогу та сторонні джерела
Каталог формується з публічних джерел, які застосунок може читати сам, а також
(за підпискою Pro або під час тріалу) з курованого паку. Картки можуть містити
посилання на сторонні сайти. Їхні умови діють окремо.
Не надається гарантії повноти, актуальності чи точності даних
про гранти, дедлайни, бюджети чи критерії прийнятності. Умови конкурсу визначає
першоджерело. Перед подачею заявки необхідно перевіряти інформацію на сайті
організатора.
4. Штучний інтелект і оцінка відповідності
Оцінка відповідності (fit), чат і бриф (де доступні) є допоміжними
і можуть бути неповними або неточними. Вони не є обіцянкою фінансування.

5. Тріал, Ліцензія та підписка Pro
Завантаження Застосунку безкоштовне. Далі застосовуються
In-App Purchase через App Store:
14-денний тріал (Tier 0) — повний доступ до інструмента
й служби на показ. Перед стартом показується дисклоз (тривалість, що
перестане працювати, які подальші платежі). Рядки з нашого паку, отримані
під час тріалу, зникають із завершенням тріалу.
Ліцензія — разова (non-consumable) покупка: постійний
локальний інструмент (джерела, які застосунок читає сам, пошук, офлайн,
свій свіп, відповідність проти одного профілю, Дошка). У Ліцензії AI
працює на пристрої. Це не претензія на «усі джерела світу».
Pro — автопоновлювана підписка: усе з Ліцензії плюс
щоденний курований пак, алерти, чат, бриф, власні джерела, кілька профілів
та BYOK. Pro включає Ліцензію: після будь-якої
верифікованої Pro-транзакції інструмент лишається навіть після скасування
підписки.
Оплата — через обліковий запис App Store. Ціни та валюта залежать від
території StoreKit (орієнтири: Ліцензія — $14.99 / UA $7.99; Pro —
$19.99/міс і $149/рік міжнар., UA $9.99/міс і $74.99/рік; фактична ціна —
у вікні покупки).
Підписка Pro поновлюється автоматично, доки її не скасовано
щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду.

5а. Що лишається після скасування Pro
Застосунок, каталог, Дошка, профілі (у межах Ліцензії) — назавжди.
Рядки з паку, отримані під час оплаченого періоду —
лишаються читабельними (знімок; без подальших оновлень).
Оновлення паку, алерти, чат, бриф, власні джерела — вимикаються.
Принцип: не втрачається те, за що вже заплачено; тріал — показ, а не володіння.
6. Обліковий запис
Основні функції доступні без облікового запису. Опційний вхід (Sign in with
Apple та/або GTools SSO) підпорядковується політикам відповідних постачальників.
7. Прийнятне використання
Застосунок призначено для добросовісного пошуку можливостей і підготовки
заявок. Заборонено зловживання, спроби обійти технічні обмеження тріалу,
Ліцензії чи підписки, а також використання всупереч застосовному праву.
8. Відмова від гарантій
У максимальному обсязі, дозволеному законом, Застосунок надається «як є»
та «як доступно», без явних чи неявних гарантій безперебійної роботи,
безпомилковості каталогу чи придатності для конкретної мети.
OSearcher (the “App”) is a licensed macOS application distributed through the
Mac App Store. Unless otherwise agreed, use of the App is governed by Apple’s
standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
The following terms are specific to OSearcher. If these terms conflict with
mandatory Apple App Store rules, Apple’s rules control to the extent of the conflict.
2. Purpose
OSearcher provides a catalog of funding and related opportunities for the civic
sector, fit assessment, pipeline tools, and (where entitled) on-device AI chat
and brief features. It is an assistive discovery and preparation tool, not legal,
financial, or grant-writing advice.
3. Catalog data and third-party sources
The catalog is assembled from public sources the App can read itself and, with
Pro (or during trial), from a curated pack. Opportunity cards may link to
third-party websites governed by their own terms.
No warranty is given as to completeness, timeliness, or accuracy
of grant data, deadlines, budgets, or eligibility criteria. Official program terms
are defined by the original source. Always verify before applying.
4. Artificial intelligence and fit scoring
Fit scores, chat answers, and briefs (where available) are
assistive and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not a
promise of funding. The App does not guarantee a full application draft.
5. Trial, Licence, and Pro subscription
Download of the App is free. Further access uses App Store
In-App Purchase:
14-day trial (Tier 0) — full access to the tool and
service as a preview. A disclosure is shown before start (duration, what stops
working, further payments). Pack rows received during trial are removed when
the trial ends.
Licence — one-time (non-consumable) purchase: permanent local
instrument (sources the app reads itself, search, offline, own sweep, fit
against one profile, board). On Licence, AI runs on device. This is not a claim
of “every source on earth.”
Pro — auto-renewable subscription: everything in Licence plus
daily curated pack, alerts, chat, brief, custom sources, multiple profiles, and
BYOK. Pro includes Licence: after any verified Pro transaction,
the tool remains even if the subscription later cancels.
Payment is charged to the App Store account. Prices follow StoreKit territory
pricing (indicative: Licence $14.99 / UA $7.99; Pro Intl $19.99/mo and $149/yr;
UA $9.99/mo and $74.99/yr; the purchase sheet shows the actual price).
The Pro subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
Restore Purchases is available in the App.
5a. What remains after cancelling Pro
The App, catalog, board, and profiles (within Licence scope) remain forever.
Pack rows received during a paid period
remain readable (snapshot; no further updates).
Pack updates, alerts, chat, brief, and custom sources turn off.
Principle: paid value is not taken away retroactively; trial is a preview, not ownership.
6. Account
Core features work without an account. Optional sign-in (Sign in with Apple
and/or GTools SSO) is also subject to those providers’ terms.
7. Acceptable use
The App is intended for good-faith opportunity discovery and application
preparation. Abuse, attempts to circumvent trial, Licence, or subscription
enforcement, and unlawful use are not permitted.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and
“as available,” without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted
operation, catalog accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
